CANCELLATIONS, SUBSTITUTIONS, REFUNDS
Fax written request to SYS-CON Registration 201-782-9600. Requests for refunds received prior to sixty days before the event date will be honored, less a 10% handling charge; requests received thirty days before the event date will be honored less a 20% handling charge. No requests for refunds will be honored less than thirty days before the event date. No one under 18 is permitted to attend. No warranties are made regarding the content of sessions or materials. The faculty members for each event are indicated next to their names and bios. Speakers, sessions, and schedule are subject to change without prior notice. You may send a substitute delegate in case you can not attend the event you registered for with prior written notice to events (at) sys-con.com, 201-802-3063.
